30-day money-back guarantee

If Flame Pro DJ doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked. The product is digital but we want you to feel comfortable trying it.

How to request a refund: email support@moflamepro.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the support link in the order confirmation email Paddle sent you. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and generally not granted, with the following exceptions:

Updates Plan refunds

The Updates Plan ($29/yr, optional) is a recurring subscription. You can cancel it at any time from inside the app or by emailing support@moflamepro.com. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is non-refundable except where statutory rights say otherwise. Cancelling does not affect your existing app installation — your purchased version keeps running.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, our processor (Paddle.com Inc.) will be notified and your license will be revoked. Please email us first — most issues we can resolve faster than a chargeback can be processed, and a friendly conversation is much nicer for both of us.

Trial-edition customers and gifted licenses

We don't currently offer a trial. If you receive a license as a gift or via a giveaway, the refund policy applies to the original purchaser, not the recipient. Recipients can email us if a license is lost or unclaimed.

Who processes the refund

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our merchant of record. Refunds appear on your statement under the same descriptor as the original charge ("PADDLE.NET" or similar). We can initiate the refund from our side and Paddle handles the actual money movement. If you have a question about the transaction itself (currency, statement descriptor, taxes), Paddle's support is at paddle.com.
